Here is the recipe
Grated Cabbage – 1/2 kg
Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Green Chilies – 3 (each cut into half)
Mustard Seeds – A few
Curry Leaves - A few
Salt to taste
Oil as Required
Heat some oil in a pan .Add Mustard, Chilies and Curry Leaves. Stir for a minute.
Add grated cabbage, turmeric powder and salt. Stir for few minutes. Cover the pan.
Let it be on flame for 6-7 minutes. Stir in between.
Add grated coconut. Mix well.
Switch off the flame. Garnish it with few more Curry leaves. Serve with lunch.

Yep looks mouth watering since my mom used to make delicious cabbage thoran to eat with chappatis...Good goin sumi..
